Process Design

To design a process, we first carry out a process analysis based on a series of focus groups, qualitative interviews or observations. We accompany users during specific tasks or their interactions with applications that are part of their daily work. In addition to the workflows of individual users, we examine the connections between individuals, teams or interest groups and combine them into one big process. Process Design can take the form of a Process Blueprint that visualizes the tasks assigned to specific teams and/or individuals and how that work is connected to other users. Other formats of Process Design are: Use Cases, User Networks and Flow Models.

Nice to know:

Visualizing a process through different methods of Process Design makes the documented process and the network of users involved in it easier to understand.
