Persona Power Workshop

The focus of a Persona Power Workshop is on teaching methods that enable and promote a universal understanding within the project team about users and their workflows. The methods used in this workshop are Personas as a possible form of user group definition and Use Cases for the documentation of processes and workflows. Using practical examples, participants practice creating both artifacts as well as their possible applications in their day-to-day working processes. Special emphasis is placed on the context of use and the methods with which these insights are generated.
