Experten Evaluation

The goal of an expert evaluation is to find the strengths and weaknesses of an existing or future application. If a product prototype already exists the inspection method “Cognitive Walkthrough” can be applied. With this we analyze how easy or difficult it is to learn the handling of the product. If there is already a functioning application available our experts execute a heuristic evaluation and test the product regarding obligatory ISO standards for software products (e.g. DIN EN ISO 9241-110). Finally the results are prioritized and recommendations for action are outreached to you.
