Competition Analysis
A Competitor Analysis (also known as a Market Analysis, Trend Analysis or Competitor Profile) provides an overview of the existing market in a specific area. First, both competitors and the features to be analyzed are defined according to given requirements. As a rule, the following aspects are assessed: The presentation of information, usability, content and how it is displayed, graphic design, range of functions, up-to-dateness, technical implementation, search engine placement and unique selling points (USP) are assessed. The result is a profile of the competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
