Qualitative Survey

Depending on the presentation of a problem the amount of necessary interviews is fixed (usually 3-5 interviews per target group) suitable interview partners recruited and the type of interview defined.

D-LABS particularly conduct guided interviews. For this a guideline is developed which involves all key questions. The interviews can be conducted by telephone, at workplace of the interviewee or at another location. It is however profitable if the interview takes place in familiar surroundings to achieve a result as pure as possible. An interview is conducted by two persons: one interviewer and one minute taker.

ADVANTAGES

Qualitative interviews are broadly applicable and show deep information content as the use mostly open questions. They allow discovering new issues, inquiring opinions and backgrounds and developing and test new ideas collaboratively with users.
