Product Test

A product test can - if at least one functional prototype exists - be performed similarly to a usability test / user experience test. The participants are observed while working on typical tasks with the product and/or competing products. When needed, a product test can also be conducted in context - meaning at the workplace of the participant. Additionally or as an independent method, expert evaluations are offered, which permits an alignment with DIN norms and standards.

The results show a detailed overview of strengths and weaknesses, giving specific guidance when needed in comparison to DIN norms or competing products.
