Development of the product strategy
In the context of developing a product strategy trends and ideas on market are surveyed from user, expert or customer viewpoints. Results are evaluated and prioritized and finally visions can be created. With that both qualitative (expert) interviews and focus group discussions or__ co-creations__ can be applied. Also competition analysis, trend-and__analogy studies can support. Additionally creative sessions in collaboration with the customer can take place.
Depending on the project goal the results show either a vision of the future product, concrete and prioritized product ideas and features or detailed SWOT-analyses and comparing of the positioning to competitors.
